SwapMyCoupon.com operates as a digital marketplace where users can buy, sell, or exchange coupons and gift cards. Due to the intangible, value-based nature of these digital assets, refund requests are handled with a strict and transparent policy to protect all parties involved.

Refunds are only processed if the coupon code is invalid, expired, or not as described at the time of delivery. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours via the "Raise a Dispute" button or our support page.

Refunds will be considered if the coupon is non-working or misrepresented. Buyers must raise the issue within 48 hours, and may be required to submit proof such as screenshots or recordings.

Sellers must ensure that all coupons are valid and accurately described. Disputes must be resolved by refunding or replacing the item. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Disputes can be raised through the "Raise a Dispute" button, our support page, or by emailing support@swapmycoupon.com. We aim to resolve disputes within 5 to 7 business days, but this may vary by case.

Valid refund claims will be issued as non-transferable SwapMyCoupon Credit Points. These cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.

Coupons obtained through promotions, giveaways, or contests are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Major updates will be communicated through the website or via email. Continued use of the platform implies acceptance.
